I scheduled an appointment to have a recall problem fixed on my Honda Passport. The online scheduling indicated it would take 45 minutes and I could wait for it at the dealership. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told it would be a 2-4 hour fix. I had no way home. My wife and my service dog was with me. Ok, the service department called an Uber for me. That turned out to be a nightmare. The driver didn't like dogs and was worried my K9 would chew or scratch his seats. The guy drove like Satan on steroids and shouldn't be allowed to have a driver license. The Honda staff was friendly and the dealership is reputable, but this horrable expierence left a really bad taste in my mouth. More

Total mess. Appointments in service dept do not count, I waited over 1 hour in line before a service rep started a write up on a recall repair. Was told the parts were ordered when I set up appointment but told by the service rep that they did not have the parts. At one point there were up to 40 vehicles waiting in line with service reps making no effort to speed up the process. When the food truck came around many employees just disappeared. Was told they would write up an order and get back to me when the parts were available. This place is no Mel Rapton and I will go elsewhere for service. By the way several members of my family have noticed a decline in service since Capital Honda has taken over ownership. They spend time taking pictures of your car writing something down on a tablet and then make you come inside for additional paper work. Use at your won risk! More
