Had my Ridgeline serviced at dealership. Oil change and rear end differential fluid exchange. Next day large oil stain on new driveway. Had to return to dealership and spent 2 hours waitin Oil change and rear end differential fluid exchange. Next day large oil stain on new driveway. Had to return to dealership and spent 2 hours waiting for cleanup and new change. I was informed oil drainage bolt was not tightened and was the cause of the leak. Thankfully I wasn't planning to take the truck for a long trip. I would of lost my engine if the loose bolt would of fell out. If the dealership can't perform the most basic repair why spend the extra money. I wasn't even offered compensation and had to request at the minimum a free oil change. More

I scheduled an appointment to have a recall problem fixed on my Honda Passport. The online scheduling indicated it would take 45 minutes and I could wait for it at the dealership. I arrived for my schedule on my Honda Passport. The online scheduling indicated it would take 45 minutes and I could wait for it at the dealership. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told it would be a 2-4 hour fix. I had no way home. My wife and my service dog was with me. Ok, the service department called an Uber for me. That turned out to be a nightmare. The driver didn't like dogs and was worried my K9 would chew or scratch his seats. The guy drove like Satan on steroids and shouldn't be allowed to have a driver license. The Honda staff was friendly and the dealership is reputable, but this horrable expierence left a really bad taste in my mouth. More
