I called to get an appointment for the recall of 2023 CRV’s, and got a morning appointment, and advised I would be waiting for the car. When I got there, I was in a line of cars, and was asked to wait un CRV’s, and got a morning appointment, and advised I would be waiting for the car. When I got there, I was in a line of cars, and was asked to wait until the service manager came to my car and wrote it up. She was very polite and professional. She then invited me to go into their waiting area, where they had coffee, donuts, and comfortable chairs, as well as Wi-Fi which we could use. They called me in less than two hours, and I was on my way. Great experience! More

Overbooked and prob the worst customer service. I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apolo I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apology for the wait. The person who did my service was detailed and sent a video with the recommendations. Finally, I received the message that my car was ready- unfortunately I still had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to bring my car. Cashier’s customer service was also very poor. Honestly, had never been to a place that made me feel I was an inconvenience. Shout out to the guy whose name I didn’t get but after a 2 hour wait, he came and offered water to all of us who were waiting outside. More
