Capital City Honda

I tried to make an appointment to have a taillight bulb replaced & was told I could come any time & they would take care of it. When I got there, I asked if they would take a look at my CD player which was replaced & was told I could come any time & they would take care of it. When I got there, I asked if they would take a look at my CD player which was not functioning. I ended up with a whole evaluation, which I don’t believe I needed since I had the car serviced a few weeks prior to this. New battery, cleaning of filters etc.added. When I had paid my bill, I was told that they would be bringing up my car momentarily. It took most of 30 minutes to get my car. They tried to give me another car, which was a different color! When I got home I saw that the wrong name was on my invoice; Metzler instead of McCarthy. Her home phone number were also on there. I tried to call to speak with someone …. with little satisfaction. One time when I called I was told that someone would be with me shortly. No one came. I would be interested in knowing if there are other Honda dealers in the Sacramento area. If so I would like to switch. I have been going there for several years & this is the worst customer service I have experienced Bridget McCarthy More

Mung Nguyen was fabulous! If you need a car go see him. No up-sale, no ridiculous markups. Just an all around personable great guy.
