Overbooked and prob the worst customer service. I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apolo I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apology for the wait. The person who did my service was detailed and sent a video with the recommendations. Finally, I received the message that my car was ready- unfortunately I still had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to bring my car. Cashier’s customer service was also very poor. Honestly, had never been to a place that made me feel I was an inconvenience. Shout out to the guy whose name I didn’t get but after a 2 hour wait, he came and offered water to all of us who were waiting outside. More

Inspection service was done in about 45 mins. The wait to check in for my appointment was 25 mins and I had to keep repeating that I had an appointment to four different people.. First off was told that it would be two hour wait and after four hours of my car sitting in the same spot it was finally taken in. Aside from that It’s almost completely useless making an appointment due after four hours of my car sitting in the same spot it was finally taken in. Aside from that It’s almost completely useless making an appointment due to the fact that it seems that walk ins and appointments are taken in the same. It seems that almost everytime I come here it somehow manages to be worse than the visit before. All aside from a previous time I made an appointment to come in and have them tell me they can’t even work on my car because they don’t have parts for it even though I made an appointment so they knew what they would be working on a week prior. Also everytime things go south here they are just full of excuses. Will definitely never be bringing any of my vehicles back here I would rather pay a tweaker to work on my car before I ever come back. More
I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for a recall appointment for my Honda at 9 am. I took off this day of work since I figured I'd get all my appointments out of the way in 1 day so I don't have to appointment for my Honda at 9 am. I arrive at 8:40 am, hand in my keys at 9:10, and wait in the lobby. 3 hours later, I decided to call the service center to ask for an update on my car. They then proceeded to tell me that they had to order the part, so they can't replace the part that is recalled. I told them that the website allowed me to choose the part that was recalled to be replaced, so they should have ordered the part prior to my appointment since I scheduled it a week in advance. He reassured me that the part should be here tomorrow morning, and to come back tomorrow. This recalled part was actually affecting my car and I didn't feel comfortable driving it around, so I decided to call off the next day of work again and go back the next morning to get it done. I was the first to arrive on Thursday at 6:40 am, and after dropping off my keys, I wait another 3.5 hours in the lobby just for them to tell me that the part STILL HAD NOT COME IN! By this point, I was extremely frustrated after waiting almost 7 hours total for 0 work to be done on my car. They then told me over the phone that my car is waiting outside for me to pick up, and to come back when they call me again when my part has arrived. I finally received a call 10 days later saying that the part came in, and after 3 hours again, I finally got the part replaced. More
Customer service was excellent. Our sales rep, Evan, was engaged with us from the beginning to the end of the cycle.
