Dan makes it very easy to lease or purchase a VW, very striaight forward, low pressure, works with you to find the right car and the right deal. I agree with the other reviews, Dan is patient, knowlegable, and honest - pleasure to do business with. I felt I walked away with a fair deal for myself and for the dealership, and I will be back again in the future. Overall I have been very pleased with the VW TDI in both fuel efficiency and quality/reliability. A ten percent discount on all repairs is a very nice touch. My wife and I have visited other dealerships and the total experience just doesn't measure up. The service department is second to none. Just this past month we saved $213 compared to another dealer, because of the ten percent discount, and a repair that was not as involved as presented to us by another dealer. Randy and Jeff go out of their way to explain what repairs are needed and also what services are not needed. This is not just our experience, I have overheard many conversations with other customers, in person and over the phone, where they were given the same professional help we have received.
