I spent close to 6k on rims and tires here and was told that the tires had free rotation. I called today to schedule the free rotation and was told I would have to pay for the service. I called and asked t that the tires had free rotation. I called today to schedule the free rotation and was told I would have to pay for the service. I called and asked to speak with a manager and they disconnected call. I called back and was told the manager was on lunch and other managers were in a meeting. I am very dissatisfied with the service from this location. More

Bought a new Corvette in August 2019 and was fairly happy with the purchase except for a $799 fee for Nitrogen and window tint. I was told it was already done but should have suspected that the contract has with the purchase except for a $799 fee for Nitrogen and window tint. I was told it was already done but should have suspected that the contract has a "we owe" for $799. A few months later I had a tinting shop put a stripe on the car. I was discussing how window tint was applied on my car with the owner and he showed me that my car never had tint applied. I called the sales guy and left a message; never heard back. I know he still works there because he is on their web. I recently bought another car from Hendrick that had the mandatory tint and you can definitely see that it was there by the slight line at the edge of the glass. So they have forever lost my business. Corvette gets serviced at Sir Walter since it is close to my house. More
