Their incompetence could have gotten me killed! I purchased my 2019 Toyota Highlander there and with it came "free" oil changes, tire rotations and car washes. Last time I was there when they w I purchased my 2019 Toyota Highlander there and with it came "free" oil changes, tire rotations and car washes. Last time I was there when they were finished, as I was driving out of the parking lot, I felt a vibration in the steering so I headed right back. Service guy hoped in the passenger seat so I could show him the issue and as we're driving around in the parking lot out back of the dealership, the right front wheel literally falls off the car. Apparently the person (kid) they hired for their quick lube area had only tightened a couple lugs by hand. One for sure was missing. I had to call for a ride to take me home so they could assess the damage and fix what needed to be fixed. Against my better judgement, I visited them again when it was time for my next oil change. They took my car in at 11:30. After waiting very patiently, at 1:15 I asked them to give me a status so I could decide whether to wait some more or tell them I'd come back another day. Come to find out, they had lost my paperwork so my car never got in line to be serviced. The service account rep assured me they were dropping what they were doing and it would be done soon. Almost an hour later they finished up. He told me to wait for a moment as he wanted to ask the manager if there was anything they could do or offer me for the inconvenience of them having it take so long for a scheduled oil change. He came back and said she Annie Morrell, (the manager) said that "since we're already giving you the oil change for free they weren't going to offer anything else" That was such a poor xxxxxxxx answer because those oil changes weren't free, they were built into the negotiated price of the vehicle. That aside this "manager" didn't even take 2 minutes out of her busy day to tell me herself. Don't have any work done here. It could cost your your life, and they wont even acknowledge their mistake. If I could respond with no stars, I most definitely would! I financed a 2022 Volkswagon Atlas on April 17, 2024. At the time of purchase, the manufacturer's warranty and bumper to bumper warranty was g would! I financed a 2022 Volkswagon Atlas on April 17, 2024. At the time of purchase, the manufacturer's warranty and bumper to bumper warranty was guaranteed along with the additional purchase of Triton Care. On the evening of 4/17/2024 after purchase, the tire pressure light came on as I pulled into my driveway. I messaged my sales rep. On 4/22/24, The check engine light came on and my start/stop feature eventually disabled completely. My engine sounded as if it would overheat or like an industrial sized fan was constantly blowing under my hood. I expressed the issue to Capital Chevrolet & was sent to Volkswagon on 4/25. Volkswagon advised that I would have to pay out of pocket. I reached back out to Capital Chevrolet who advised me to bring my vehicle in on 4/26. On the evening of 4/26, I was advised by my salesman that my engine wasn't cooling and needed a thermostat! I was then provided a courtesy vehicle for the next 4 days. The repair was completed by an outside mechanic and I received my vehicle. On 5/17, I noticed a clicking with the brakes and a hard grinding/scrapping noise. I stopped by Capital Chevrolet AGAIN on 5/20. My sales rep and his manager both took the car for a drive and said there's NOTHING Chevy could do for me at this point because I'm out of "my window of care" with Capital Chevrolet. Both gentlement sent me BACK to Volkswagon AGAIN and told me the manufacturer's warranty will cover further repairs. Per Volkswagon, my wheel bearing is completely damaged & rubbing against my caliber bracket causing the caliber to separate from the bracket. The technician advised that the car was in a severe accident, which I was not made aware of, and the vehicle was rebuilt and should not have been sold! The wheel bearing, brake pads, axle and roaders have to be replaced along with a potential leak in the AC system. Thankfully, Volkswagon provides video footage of their diagnostic process to show all problems to their customers, and I am to see all damages for myself! I reminded the Volkswagon technician that I was still under warranty and to proceed with repairs. Per the technician, unfortunately, because the vehicle was in a previous accident, my warranty and Triton Care are refusing to cover any expenses. Capital Chevrolet has not tried to provide any further after purchase care or resolve my problem. I am left without a vehicle, $1,476.88 in Volkswagon repairs, a $300.00 diagnostic fee, potential storage fees by Volkswagon (because I can't drive the car off of their lot, or at all), a newly opened lease, no resolution, and again...no vehicle to drive. I have reached out to the Chevrolet’s Corporate office who advised me to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in which Capital Chevrolet is refusing to respond after two contact attempts by the BBB. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a lemon!!! Chevrolet Corporate office has agreed to replace my vehicle once a statement is provided by Capital Chevrolet in which, again, they are refusing! More

Randy was fantastic with allowing us to test drive as many cars as she wanted, helping us make the right choice. I would give this experience more than a ten if I could. We walked away with not one car but two, just because they were so great to work with and helpful with every question and concern I had. More
