Lying about a truck that was involved in accident I bought a 2017 truck from there 5 weeks ago. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never buy from there again. Before buying the truck, I told them mul I bought a 2017 truck from there 5 weeks ago. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never buy from there again. Before buying the truck, I told them multiple times I did not want a car that was in an accident before. They assured me that this car had a clean record and was never involved in an accident before. I trusted them and as the car was almost brand new - year 2017, less than 10,000 miles - I did not get it inspected. What a mistake! Couple weeks later, I realized by looking under the truck that it was clearly involved in an accident! If I had knew that, I would have NEVER bought it. During the negotiation I was talking directly to the sales manager so they have absolutely no excuses for not telling me that the car was involved in an accident. This dealership is willing to do anything for a sale -- even lying. Not sure who are all those people giving 5/5 but you will give yourself a favor by staying away from this dealership. More

The moment we walked in the store we felt like we were family, from the managers Joel and the rest of the managers they make you feel at home, Rodney was our salesman and was on point and very professional and then there was Justin the finance guy, the one everyone hates going to at the dealership...nope not this one straight up honest and trustworthy...This place is amazing from top to bottom and a must go if your from ANYWHERE in NC!!!! One of the good ones in the Raleigh area This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping ex This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping experience. First thing, the site was easy to navigate, fast, and clean - the collection of vehicles they have was great and the inventory seem accurate. Even got my $500 trade-in bonus and a $25 Amazon gift card for test driving a vehicle. I submitted an online interest on a 2016 BMW 435i late at night and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Jay (Internet Sales). He was pleasant to speak with and understood my interest of the vehicle. I scheduled to stop by late in the afternoon to test drive the said vehicle. I was about an hour and some change late showing up for my scheduled test drive which was about 45 minutes left into their business hours but was still able to find someone who was able to assists. Raven who was part of the Pre-owned department helped me into the driver seat of the BMW and drove it for some time to make sure the car is up to par for my like. Returned back with the car and started working on the numbers for a good 20+ minutes pushing it past their business hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't come up with the numbers that we can agree on and I left the dealership without a new pre-owned car. My experience here was positive due to a few things: 1. Inventory was accurate 2. Car was in presentable shape (clean) when I arrive (even after my scheduled time) 3. Sales rep (Raven) was easy to talk to, she didn't pressure me on anything, and allowed me to experience the vehicle on my own. No sales pitch needed which was good 4. Management rep (Joel) was also pretty straight forward and pleasant to deal with; unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on the price or I would have left with the vehicle that night Minus 1 star for: 1. There are a couple of sales rep on the main floor that lack common courtesy, burping loudly when you still have customers inside is not "professional" 2. The layout of how the vehicles are parked could be improved, not sure if this can be accomplished since the lot is restricted being beside the flea market My overall experience at this dealership is positive despite unable to purchase a vehicle. More

I was looking for a specific car and options for my daughter who was turning 16. Not finding anything locally I took to the internet and was able to find a couple options on actual cars in DC and Virg daughter who was turning 16. I presented him with all of my research including the bottom line out the door pricing from the other dealerships. Mike said the availability was very tight and he would call me the next business day. Monday before 8 am he called and said a car almost exactly the same as what I was looking for was delivered overnight and was I interested. He gave me a VERY competitive price and asked if I wanted to make the purchase that afternoon. I did and the process was very easy. I have found a new Chevy salesperson and dealer (since my last has left the business). You will not be disappointed with Mike. More

My husband and I were looking for a used car for our teen son to drive. We went to a Cary GMC/Chevrolet Dealer and told the salesman what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. He said he had 2 cars for us to look at and we set up an appointment to see them. When we came for our appointment, the cars were no where to be found. He said they were sold over the weekend and offered no apology. He showed us something else that did not meet our specifications at all. He contacted us the next day and said he found a car online at a dealer auction. If we wanted it, we would have to put down a $500 deposit to get it. Sight unseen. If we didnt like it, we would lose our money. It was also $4,000 over what we wanted to spend. We found Bobby Murray dealership online and decided to give them a try. What a difference! Chuck Monsour listened to what we were looking for and showed us several cars. No high pressure sales tactics at all. He was more than willing to negotiate on price, even though the price was already below it's value. Even though we came just for a car, we saw a slightly used Yukon XL which we loved. The dealership had it priced well below blue book value. We couldn't resist it at that price and we traded in our older Suburban for it. We bought 2 vehicles from them! I would highly recommend Bobby Murray Chevrolet to anyone who is tired of the Cary Dealership's games and lack of willingness to listen to customer's wants and needs.
