Arlen superb customer service Vw Capistrano is where I purchased my Passat . It’s definitely out of the way for me to get an oil change, however I like the atmosphere here. The staff is courteous (#1 in my book), there is a lovely seating area with complimentary Starbucks and organic teas, and reasonably priced snacks if you wish to purchase. I waited for my car , it wasn’t too long, at the completion Arlen recommended some additional services I needed. No sales pressure to do it immediately that day. They sent me a video of the service steps eg. checking the tires and fluids, so I know they actually did check all the necessary items. My car was washed , I had some coffee and relaxed, and feeling good I went on my way. Overall a great experience. More

Wonderful experience We bought a 2019 VW Jetta for our daughter and everything was just great. Curtis the salesman was patient and helpful and Chris in finance was great t We bought a 2019 VW Jetta for our daughter and everything was just great. Curtis the salesman was patient and helpful and Chris in finance was great too! After getting the car home we noticed an abrasion on the drivers side door so we left that comment in our review. The next day the manager Nick called us and said that’s not how they deliver cars and for us to bring it in so they could take care of it. We got the car back on Friday and it looks good as new. So very happy with the service and this dealer. This is the first VW in our family and hopefully not our last. We will be referring friends and family to you as well. Thank you ;) More
