Always Helpful I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. There is a VW dealer and service center within 2 miles of our house but my husband and I prefer Capo VW and are willing to drive 31 miles for their superior service! They have found and fixed every problem and have always rented us a comparable vehicle. More

The staff is courteous (#1 in my book), there is a lovely seating area with complimentary Starbucks and organic teas, and reasonably priced snacks if you wish to purchase. I waited for my car , it wasn’t too long, at the completion Arlen recommended some additional services I needed. No sales pressure to do it immediately that day. They sent me a video of the service steps eg. checking the tires and fluids, so I know they actually did check all the necessary items. My car was washed , I had some coffee and relaxed, and feeling good I went on my way. Overall a great experience. More
