However, I must say, that the absolute best aspect of this experience, and the reason I am now a VW owner, is because of the salesperson I was lucky enough to meet: Peter D. Heisser. I have been to a lot of dealerships (used and new) and experienced a lot of sales representatives, but Peter was by far the nicest, most helpful representative I've met. Not only did he have a friendly, upbeat and positive way about him, but he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and what I could and could not afford and why. He helped me understand my options and presented new ideas that could help me. I was indecisive and confused for about a week, resulting in MANY phone calls and questions. Yet he was patient and helpful with me the entire time. Right down to my last minute decision to switch the color of my car, at which he point he spent a significant amount of time making phone calls (until the lights went out) trying to locate the color. He took me on several test drives and informed me of every aspect of the car, how to work them etc... He's someone I hope to stay in touch with in the future, as he is an overall nice human being, with a genuine enthusiasm for his job and interest in helping people. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would not be driving a Jetta (not to mention, a Jetta that I love) if it weren't for him. More
