James picked me up from the train station and drove me to the dealership, was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to both phone calls and emails. The car was priced fairly and I love the no-haggle set-up. Two things keep from giving a 5 on overall experience: 1. I realized once I got home that the floor mats were missing. When I called to ask for them, I was told that because my car was used, it didn't come with floor mats. I had to point out that mats were on the sticker as an included feature of the car in order to get them. On the plus side, they shipped me brand new mats pronto. 2. There are little hidden fees in the purchase process: a $55 doc prep fee (whereas I would happily have prepared my own documents) and a $350 fee for a security feature I didn't really care about. I think I could have refused the feature, but I wasn't told that I could. That part felt a little underhanded and cheap. More

Capistrano VW had the best dealer pricing on used Jetta's. The staff were very friendly, especially Eric who was very patient with us and went out of the way to answer all our questions. There was no need to haggle on the price since the used cars have the "priced-right" program, where the prices were very competitive when compared to other VW dealers in the area. At the end of the purchase, the supervisor came out to introduce himself and to enquire about our satisfaction. David and Capo VW were excellent. This is the first vehicle we have leased and they were very helpful in answering all of our questions.
