Welcome to Capistrano Volkswagen, the home of Smileage Guaranteed!® Capo VW is the site of the first new car dealership in San Juan Capistrano, starting in 1963. Miles Brandon purchased the store in June 1997 and has been providing tons of Smileage around the community ever since! We are conveniently located just east of the I-5 freeway off of Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano, California. We are very excited that our newly renovated Volkswagen marketplace showroom has been completed and we can't wait to break ground on more renovations coming later this year!

From the minute I walked into the dealership, I had an amazing experience. James was very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the cars, and most importantly, he was not pushy. We all hate when we go to a dealer and they try to push us into spending more money than we can afford. He never did that. I feel like I got a good deal on my new CC, and their financing is awesome. I did not intend on purchasing a VW brand car but Eric was so professional, courteous, knowledgable about the cars and the benefits of VW that I changed my mind from what I initially wanted to buy over to was so professional, courteous, knowledgable about the cars and the benefits of VW that I changed my mind from what I initially wanted to buy over to purchasing a VW. I felt comfortable with Eric that he would assure I got the best deal possible. He was the first dealer that I have purchased a car from that personally showed me how everything in the car worked. The finance person got me through that part of the process in record time and was very professional but friendly. I am really hoping that I enjoy my new VW as much as I enjoyed working with this dealership. More

We shopped a little north of there and had a very bad day. We just wanted to go down Capistrano to see if they had anything better. Wow! As soon as we got there we felt so much better. The people were day. We just wanted to go down Capistrano to see if they had anything better. Wow! As soon as we got there we felt so much better. The people were all happy (not fighting with each other like at the other place). Everyone was so nice and Buddy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car we wanted it was great. We were so upset after the first place but that was all fixed as soon as we walked on the lot in Capistrano. We feel soooooo gooooood about buying our car there. Thank you! More

We have had negative experiences in the past, at other dealerships, so needless to say I was not looking forward to the experie absolutely wonderful! We went in with VW as our lowest choice for minivan and left with 2 cars! Eric greeted us and gave us time to look, see and ask as many questions as we had. The dealership was nice, everyone was so frien left with 2 cars! Eric greeted us and gave us time to look, see and ask as many questions as we had. The dealership was nice, everyone was so friendly and helpful - when Eric was busy, another guy would come and check in with us - we never felt like we were alone or left but we also didn't feel pressured to do anything. We are SO happy with the 2 cars we got - 2012 CC and 2011 Routan - so far, they drive great, we have had some follow up calls and overall, this was a great experience. More
