Don was great, I contacted him 3 days before my visit to the dealership as I was over 60 miles away. He answered all my questions over the phone and even went out to the car a bunch of times to check out t the dealership as I was over 60 miles away. When I did show up to the dealership he made the buying process quick and easy. I've never been in and out of a car sale in less than an hour and a half. Which also included him showing me all the settings in the car. I have to say that I actually had fun buying a car from Capistrano VW (which I'm sure you'll see is a trend from the other comments)!! There were no tricks or sneaky good cop bad cop sales manager games or surprises. Simply put, the best car buying experience I have ever encountered - simple, honest, and quick. She patiently spent the time needed to tell us all about the features, she sync'd up my phone to the VW system and set our favorite radio stations. We will be referring all of our friends and family and will be back if we want another VW in the future. I will even be going out my way to go there for service as their service department seems as great as the sales dept. A++ company all the way around. Also, Jetta the lot cat, is probably one of the nicest cats I have ever met ! ( not kidding ) More
