There is a reason I drove 20 miles south and bypassed the closest dealer. Recommendations and reputation. I will say that I was not disappointed. David Hoke, my rep, took me directly to the vehicles I described and gave me several options regarding Lease and Purchase scenarios. He worked closely with the finance team an sales Manager who did their best to accomodate all my choices including color, trim and options. What I ended up with was a Beautiful Vehicle I love and feel safe and comfortable in, and a set of new friends I will see every week for a car wash :) More

Richard McAllister was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. As a chronic car swapper I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and Richard was the only salesman I flat out enjoyed being around. I bought my first VW Beetle at this dealership 10 years ago, and it was the first place I wanted to go back to when shopping for our new VW. We stopped by to look at new & used Routan's, and were greeted ago, and it was the first place I wanted to go back to when shopping for our new VW. We stopped by to look at new & used Routan's, and were greeted by Sherie Simmons quickly. Sherie was very friendly, and was not pushy or aggressive at all. We happened to arrive on a morning that three 2011 Routan's were significantly discounted, so we were able to get a new Routan for close to the price we were looking to spend on a Certified Pre-Owned model...Lucky Us! Our sales rep Sherie, the manager, and finance department were all super friendly and made the whole deal very pleasant. More

I went in yesterday to buy a certified pre owned 2010 VW CC and I took a test drive with Peter who was the sales consultant. He was very thorough with explaining me all the details about the car. The car was gorgeous and I was also impressed by how nicely I was treated by the dealership. Apart from a really nice vehicle I also walked away with. 1) $ 100 gift card 2) Next free Scheduled Oil change 3) Free car wash with every service visit. Peter even agreed to drop off the car to my house which is 20 miles away from the dealership which was a nice gesture. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
