Dealt with David Hoke who was great to work with from Day One. I went through the Costco Auto Program and it worked out where I could get in and out quick enough. This is the second time we visit this dealership, and we were really looking forward to get a new car. We found the car we wanted online and called pretty late on a Saturday afternoon. The first time we called a guy answered and he said he would call back to let us know if the car was still available, but he didn’t call back so we were feeling a bit discouraged thinking someone else bought it. We called a second time, about an hour later and that’s when April answered and told us she would wait for us to arrive even though she had finished her day and was about to leave (which we thought was really nice because we were very excited to check out the Tiguan that same day). Working with April was a pleasant experience: she took all the necessary time and was very knowledgeable about the car’s features and made sure there wasn’t even one doubt left on our end. She was very nice, straightforward and never seemed rushed to get the sale over with, on the contrary, she seemed to enjoy her job and explaining to us all about the sales process and the car. We definitely had a great experience working with April. More

We visited this dealer on 2/25/2012 after viewing a CPO we were interested in on line. We were greeted by Dave Hoke as soon as we entered the dealership. He was polite, professional and personable. While it was a busy Saturday, he treated us as if we were the only people there. We did not feel rushed for time, he offered us a beverage, he asked/listened to our needs. He took us right to the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very excited about the VW brand. The atmosphere in this dealership was very conducive to buying a vehicle. All other employees we came in contact with (Service Advisor, F&I, Cashier) were all friendly and treated us well. We sincerely left there feeling like part of their family. The total experience was enjoyable and refreshing. We highly recommend Dave Hoke and this dealership. More
