I wanted a new car and was researching different dealers and car models. I really wanted to buy my car locally, and was familiar with Capo VW from the past. I walked in and the manager greeted me. I told him my needs, and he introduced me to Mike Stieber. We talked a bit about what I wanted, and he showed me some cars and described their features, and I knew instantly the one I wanted. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Mike was friendly, polite, helpful, and put no pressure on me. He wanted me to have a car that suited my needs, and not just to sell me a car. He explained how a lease works, as I had never leased before, and it made sense for me at this stage in my life. I wanted to "sleep on it" to make sure. The next day, I knew the Tiguan was the right choice. Everyone that I met and that helped in the process was friendly and professional. I am quite happy with my new car and I would highly recommend Mike and Capo VW to anyone considering purchasing a new car. More

It was our anniversary weekend and my wife needed a new vehicle. She was used to driving luxury vehicles, like Lexus and Volvo, and wanted all the bells and whistles, yet economical to drive. We shopped around for two days looking at various high end vehicles. Then we decided to look at the newly designed Volkswagen Passat. We walked into Capistrano Volkswagen and we created by a friendly fellow, named Curtis Kelly. We told Curtis what we were looking for and he took is straight to the Passats. Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and offered valuable information about the Passat and the TDi Turbo Diesel engine. We were very impressed with the performance and features of the Passat, but we wanted to test drive an Audi A4 as well. The leg room in the Audi A4 was disappointing compared to the generous rear leg room in the Passat. Needless to say we returned to Capistrano Volkwagen the next morning and purchased a Passat TDi, SEL Premium package. It came with all the luxury features my wife and I could imagine and then some. Curtis Kelly stepped us through the purchasing process in a professional manner and got us a great deal with some help from Nick the sale manager. I purchased a certified VW 2012 Passat. Both of the sales reps, Buddy and April were very professional and educated in the product. The dealership was neat and clean and everyone was friendly there. I was able to expedite my purchase within a reasonable amount of time... less than 2 hours. April took the time to help me with the presets and showed me important features in the vehicle. I did visit another VW dealership in So Cal that was not as professional, however, they did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for either. So, that was a very important factor. The timing was also right because the vehicle had a $1,000 price reduction prior to me picking up on the car, so I was able to get a discount. Having sold cars myself, I am always looking for a deal.
