Don Abadie, the sales and leasing consultant, wanted to make sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly get to know the car by allowing me to take the car for as long as I needed to get comfortable. At no point did I ever feel any pressure after I got back to the dealership. I've also followed up with several phone calls to Don. He has remained as interested in me as a customer as he had as a prospective customer. I have bought or leased many cars in many States. The job of a sales person is to help guide rather than convince...and David did this expertly. He also has a terrific sense of humor and rapport. I commented several times that the purchasing experience at this dealership was very similar to the experience I've had at Apple. Everyone is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Nobody is trying to "sell" you or get you to purchase something you don't need. It's frictionless. The process took quite some time (could be shorter, perhaps) but the experience was second-to-none.
