My experience with Capistrano VW was extremely positive; each member of the team managed to create a friendly experience. The Capistrano sales team is best and most courteous VW Dealership. They took care of my family and I very well from start to finish. Our sales guy, Moe, treated us with extremely well. Responded to emails and questions the same day. I put down the order for our Golf R in March 2011. For 10 months, Moe has kept us up to date with the order status every couple of weeks. We got the 1st Golf R at Capo. During the delivery process we had specific requests on how the PDI was handled, and the dealership accomodated every request. While we were waiting for the Golf R, my brother bought a VW Touareg TDI from Capo VW in Sept 2011. The price was extremely, extremely competitive. The Touareg is one of the best SUVs out there. Both cars are great. There is nothing that matches the solid German feel that VW's have. Afterwards, Moe followed up with us multiple times on how the cars are. Capo VW is one of those few dealerships that are more than fair and their motto "We never charge over MSRP" is true!( unlike other dealerships which wanted to mark up $$$$ their Golf R's). Overall a great dealership and atmosphere, and we will recommend Capistrano and Moe to all of my friends and family members. Thanks Capo and Moe!! More

I came into capistrano vw last week to check out a car I found online. Eric had alot of knowledge about the car and took me and my girlfriend for a great test drive. Within 24 hours I went from being skeptical to owning a new Passat at a great price, and I have not been happier since the purchase of my very first new car 27 years ago. We were short on time, so he expedited the paperwork and efficiently got us through everything, but was still careful and thorough. Oh, and he made the whole process quite fun for us, too. More

Why am I so glad I boldly walked into Capistrano VW? Because when I gathered the courage to venture on to a car lot by myself I thought I was preparing for a battle and instead I met Steve Skinner. He immediately put my fears about what buying a car from a dealer would be like to rest, listened to all of my quirky needs in a vehicle and then proceeded to help me get an ideal car. I thought I would have to buy a used vehicle but thanks to Steve knowing all the ins and outs of car buying he was able to help me realize that I could buy a brand new car for a basically comporable price to a used vehicle. I was shocked and so happy (once the shock wore off). I am now the very, very happy owner of a beautiful and spunky Tiguan. I am looking forward to a longterm relationship with Steve and this dealership. I feel like I've struck gold. If you're looking for a new or used VW I suggest you definately make a stop at Capistrano VW and talk with Steve--I am sure you won't be disappointed--he's so knowledgeable and will do all in his power to get you into the car you desire. I walked onto the lot on a Wednesday evening and I was happily shocked that I was not flanked by sales people from 5 different directions. James allowed me to walk through the lot and ask him the questions. Once he knew a general idea of what I was looking for, I felt comfortable enough to divulge my exact needs and wants. Clearly the man is a genius and directed me to my new VW Golf. James was extremely patient with my thousand questions and he goes above and beyond for the customer. I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. Best of all, if you're in the market for a used VW, they price their vehicles better than KBB. Even better, the price you see is non-negotiable...take it or leave it (thus, creating no pressure on either side!) LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Is it weird that I can't wait to get my first oil change from them (and I live 50 miles north)? Perhaps....but trust me when I say, you won't be disappointed in James and the entire staff. More
