I came in to the dealership to look at the GTI's, but not sure if I was ready to buy. Sherie provided me with the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership. I was very impressed with the car, but even more impressed with her knowledge and that she was very happy to answer all my questions. I have been at dealers before where I loved the vehicle, but did not buy because of the sales person. Sherie was genuine and really cared about helping me get in the car that fit me and my situation. I really appreciate everything she did for me and I definitely will be recommending her to everyone I know. I will also come back to her when I am ready to buy again. I first went into Capastrano VW because I was interested in the VW passat and tiguan and couldn't quite decide what would be best. There were also other cars that I was interested in as well. The first trip to VW was a way for me to gather some informaiton on all the different models. Sherrie was so awesome and informative and really met my needs and answered all my questions. She offered a great deal but at the time was not quite ready to purchase. She did not put any pressre on me and I went away feeling very good about the Passat. After doing more research and visiting other dealerships I came back to Sherrie and decided I wanted the 2012 TDI Passat. She tried her very best to get the best deal possible for us and made the process as painless as can be. She is great! And she finally helped me to get over my fear and dread of car shopping/buying! Dealt with David Hoke who was great to work with from Day One. I went through the Costco Auto Program and it worked out where I could get in and out quick enough.
