I was looking for VW Passat SE. I am a busy man and time is value to me, so rather than driving in i called to CNPOVW and Sherie picked up the phone. The whole process was done in a professional manner and super fast, not like at the other dealership i was in before, when you have to spend few hours to get all paperwork done. Going into the car buying process I was dreading haggling with overly pushy sales people and knew it would be a long day. Boy was I wrong! Capo VW was the second dealership I walked into in my hunt for a new with overly pushy sales people and knew it would be a long day. Boy was I wrong! Capo VW was the second dealership I walked into in my hunt for a new car and I was kindly greeted by David Hoke at the door. He took the time to introduce himself and tell me a little about the dealership and himself personally before rushing out to try and make a sale. I was INSTANTLY comfortable with him which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I knew what I was looking for and he found the right car, took it on a lengthy test drive and was very descriptive about all of the features but not overbearing. I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch at all and he was never pushy. While discussing purchasing the vehicle and working out the financing he was very friendly and light hearted which made me feel more comfortable and less stressed. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. I have NEVER experienced a more comfortable, fun, and stress free situation that is usually quite the opposite. I will return to this dealership because of their values and background but especially because of David! I can't stress enough how wonerful and helpful he was! Thanks David!!
