I was most impressed by his professionalism at such a young age. I worked for a major retailer for 13+ years who is known for their "Customer is always right" philosophy, and Ryan, and the entire Capo VW staff with their "vibe", owns that attitude. A car dealership is a business. The building is a facade. The people who work there set the tone. The "chill vibe" at Capistrano VW connected with me and my philosophy regardless of the reason for being there: to sign contracts and buy a car. My experience went beyond a business transaction. It established a great customer/sales relationship and it is because of Ryan's personality and knowledge. Plus, the interior design of Capo is amazing. Everyone seemed happy and relaxed, therefore, customers felt that vibe too. I am looking forward to VW swag Tuesdays and Purple Wednesdays for car washes. I always look over at CAPOVW when driving to L.A. from the 5fwy. They always have different color of Beetles than the Dealers in San Diego. I finally stopped in and met Curtis.
