So I haven't purchased a NEW car in 17 years. Mainly because I HATE the "new car purchase" process. High pressure sales and I do NOT go together. I told myself that if I felt any pressure from the start, I would walk away and try again in 17 more years... My family and I were pleased to meet Connie Carroll, who allowed us to browse the lot, and see/test multiple cars and at NO time asked me "what will it take to get you in this car today". We actually left the lot without purchasing a car while we discussed (at home) if we wanted to purchase any of the cars we test drove. When I called Connie back, she was just as helpful as when we were on the lot, and took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information. I didn't purchase a car for another week, and STILL Connie didn't pressure me. I am so pleased with the ENTIRE staff at CapoVW, and would recommend this dealership to ANYONE considering a new or used VW. Great work CapoVW, you have a lifetime client. April did an awesome job with the sale. I contacted her by phone a few days before I visited the dealership. When I arrived at the dealer a few days later everything was handled. The car was washed and fueled and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Joey, the finance manager was awesome. We were so not looking forward to visiting a dealership to purchase a new car; no, not at all! Previous experience and regaled stories of friends and family of all the stress, emotion, pressure, and sales to purchase a new car; no, not at all! I did the research and planning prior to contacting Capo VW. I called ahead of time and was referred to sales associate April Dean. She had me at "hello". :) I was prepared to "do battle", lol. Pleasantly surprised, I was "bowled over" by her professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and experience. She listened and offered information and knowledge to help me decide what vehicle I wanted, and what I needed. At the end of our conversation I was confident of the car I wanted and immediately wanted to see it in person; if it is what she claimed it to be, purchase it that same day. Without missing-a-beat she encouraged me to complete an on-line application prior to meeting, so as to streamline the time needed in-house. I made an appointment for that afternoon and we started our trek from Los Angeles County. Well, upon arrival April Dean met us as we set foot into the showroom. She was ready and prepared for our meeting. We looked at the vehicle and knew we wanted to purchase it. A Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Jetta Hybrid SEL Premium. The rest is history!
