I simply told her what I was looking for and gave her my budget on a Thursday afternoon and come Friday morning I not only got my vehicle but it was delivered to me. Now that's great customer service! Jenni came across some difficulty when it came to my credit but that didn't stop her, she came through for me and I am extremely grateful. She did not try to pitch another vehicle (like every other dealership did) but instead did her best in getting me approved for the vehicle I wanted.
