I was able to expedite my purchase within a reasonable amount of time... less than 2 hours. April took the time to help me with the presets and showed me important features in the vehicle. I did visit another VW dealership in So Cal that was not as professional, however, they did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for either. So, that was a very important factor. The timing was also right because the vehicle had a $1,000 price reduction prior to me picking up on the car, so I was able to get a discount. Having sold cars myself, I am always looking for a deal. I went in to Capo VW to return my lease and then lease a new car (both were Jettas). Returning my lease was extremely easy and they waived my return fee.
