My husband and I set out to buy a car last weekend, and after two days we were totally exhausted and almost ready to give up. Sunday, around 4 pm, we decided to expand our search area and try one more dealership. I emailed Eric, telling him what we were looking for, the price point, and he responded within minutes, telling us what he could and could not do. We loved that he was up front, honest, and addressed all of our questions. What a treat!
