This was refreshing. We had some personal, logistical challenges in terms of getting the right name on title, some of the players not being local and a couple twists related to the trade in. All of this was handled with a "no problem" attitude by Connie and her team. They just found a way to get it all done, rather than forcing us to figure it out. They clearly wanted our business and made us feel that way.
