This was an amazing experience to lease a car at Capistrano VW, especially after the nightmare I had at Commonwealth VW dealing with rude and incompetent salesman. Jason Field was an amazing, attentive and very polite consultant who I highly recommend if you don't like pushy, rude and self centered car salesman. Unfortunately after shopping for a car for some time I was starting to feel that that's the only kind of people you meet at dealerships. Jason and the whole staff at Capistrano VW proved me wrong and made me feel welcome, heard all of my needs and most importantly was able to fulfill them. I came into Capo VW looking for two very specific cars, and working with Jenni was the best car-buying experience I or my wife has had. This was especially due to the customer service my family and I received from Eric Menzies (everyone at the dealership treated us so well, recently! My family has known him for a while, and he's helped us with purchasing/leasing three cars over the years-now including mine! When I came in to look for a car to lease, he made the process so easy; he was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions enthusiastically, and he made us feel so welcome and comfortable! I couldn't help but give him a hug afterwards! I drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership. The salesman was very freindly however when we sat down he offered the car $1,200 over the price listed on the car. I asked him why the price was higher than the kelly blue book retail price? He stated that they were a "no hassle dealership" and that they set the car prices at what they believe to be fair market prices. Other VW dealerships offer the same car 3 to 4k less than Capo VW. Buying a car at any dealership is hard enough but that fact that they were so brazen about over charging was unreal. I work in real estate and could never imagine trying to sell a house that appraised for 500k for 550k. I'm glad I did research on the net prior to going to the dealership. I might have been taken advantage of. I suggest to anyone looking for a VW go to VWUSA.com you'll find better prices at other dealerships. More

Mike was the best! I was a first time buyer wanting to get a brand new car. It is a very intimidating process but when I came in to buy the vehicle he made it easy, efficient, and fun.
