I was going to buy a Toyota but now were leaning towards a Volkswagen thanks to Jenny Perry. Went in to the dealer on a sunday morning to look into leasing a new VW Passat. Being in the car business ourselves, we have dealt with a lot of dealers. A few years back both my mother and sister purchas leasing a new VW Passat. Being in the car business ourselves, we have dealt with a lot of dealers. After looking at dealers near my home we decided to take the hour drive from my home to visit Capistrano VW again. Thats where we met Andrea. Andrea is very knowledgeable and knows about true customer service. She did not once hassle us or try and sell me a car I did not want. She found the exact car I wanted color and interior. She was the best saleswoman I have ever had and did not play any games. Not only is she great at what she does but she has such a fun loving spirit to her! Very down to earth. We have bought a total now of 3 VW's from capistrano and will be returning when the new Passat Wagons come out! Within a few moments of stepping on the lot I was greeted by Don. I told him I was looking for a simple 4-door Golf and he showed me what they had on the lot. We talked some finance numbers and he told me a couple figures. They did not have the exact color/trim I wanted so I went home to think it over and check out a few other makes. Don never pressured me and treated me professionally at all times. When we finally agreed on a vehicle he helped me get great financing which made a huge difference on my monthly payment and allowed me to go for the extended warranty. I was very satisfied with my purchase and everyone at Capistrano treated me with respect. Even after I signed all the papers we had a nice chat before I took possession of the car. The finance guy, Brian S, was also a great person to work with and treated me well. I have had the car for a few weeks now and I love it. I can see myself back at Capistrano in a few years buying my next car. More
