I commented several times that the purchasing experience at this dealership was very similar to the experience I've had at Apple. Everyone is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Nobody is trying to "sell" you or get you to purchase something you don't need. It's frictionless. The process took quite some time (could be shorter, perhaps) but the experience was second-to-none.
