April Dean set me up with the used car department and I ended up with a very decent deal turning in the car. I realize the dealership could have been very unsympathetic to me as I wasn't purchasing a new car from them and stuck me with significant turn in fees but they didn't. So many thanks to April and the team there. They know I'll likely be back in a few years! More

The staff is kind, thoughtful and professional. They are there to help you find a car you are happy with and that is what they do! During my last visit, Eric helped me find a car at a certain price point. He was patient, professional and very nice. My fiance and I were very impressed with Eric's customer service skills as well as his knowledge of the cars. After we left the dealership I had a question that Eric answered for me in a timely manner, he even made a follow-up phone call the next day to be sure I liked my car. Customer service is extremely important to me and that is why I have returned to lease my car from Capistrano VW so many times. I would recommend Capo VW to anyone and everyone. More

Capo VW went above and beyond the call of duty: fair price, terms, and trade-in value for the exact car I wanted. Buddy Holguin was my first contact online and over the phone. Very good to work with, and the VW team backs him up. I wasw considering a Ford Focus or C-Max or Prius befroe talking to my gear-head friends. (wanted a 6-speed 4 cyclinder Camry but they don't make'm any more and this thing is better anyway) Gear-heads all told me the same thing: VW Passat TDI diesel, 6 speed; torque control with the stick and diesel that will outlast you. She greeted us warmly and showed us some new cars and took us on a few test drives. We then asked about a used car we had seen on line and it just happened to be her old Beetle Convertible. She had taken such good care of it! We decided to buy it after we drove it around and have been very pleased with our Beetle. The purchase process was very smooth and Jenni was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have come in several times for my maintenance checks and Jenni has gone out of her way to make things very comfortable for me. She goes out of her way to address any needs I may have with my new Beetle! We also very much enjoyed meeting Capo VW's friendly manager, Nick Colucci! The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable without any of the pressure that usually comes with buying/leasing a car. Every staff member is there to help and has a smile on their face! Our salesperson, April Dean was so accommodating and did everything she could to make our experience stress free. She took care of every detail of our trade-in and lease of a new car over the phone. We did not even meet until we went in to sign the final papers. We were in and out and driving away in our new car in less than an hour. We HIGHLY recommend Capo VW to anyone interested in buying/leasing a car. I challenge you to find a more friendly, low-key dealership in South Orange County that listens to your needs/wants and actually follows through with the best deal for you.
