This Jetta was the car we traded in for the Tiguan. The 2007 Jetta caused us no major mechanical problems, so this good experience led us to get a 2007 convertible Bug which is spunky and fun to drive. Later, we leased a 2011 Jetta for our high schooler and again, no major problems. When we considered trading in the 2007 Jetta, April built our customer relationship over a few months since we were waiting for our credit to improve. We didn't feel pressured, nor did April act as if the sale needed to be rushed. We kept in contact with her and when the time was right, pounced! We filled out the pre-qual online, she called us back to verify info and once VW finance reviewed our info, called us with the numbers. We literally came into Capo VW in a few hours, signed docs and was out within the hour. We would have gotten out earlier than an hour, but we continued to talk about our family's future need for vehicles. Kind, honest and professional. This is how we describe the sales department at Capo VW. We came to them with credit issues and we were able to use Volkswagen Finance and all the numbers worked in our favor.
