With the dealership being 500 miles away, we were unsure about buying the vehicle sight unseen, but with the help of a detailed custom video received from Connie Carroll we decided to purchase the car. She was able to FedEx us the documents next day along with a convenient prepaid return envelope, and offered to pick us up at the airport 20 miles away to take ownership of the vehicle. I got 3 VW-s from another dealer in the area in the past 16 months for my wife, my nephew and a friend. Now it was time to get another one for my other nephew and I tried to get it at the same dealer like before. For whatever reason, the communication was to slow so I decided to go somewhere else. I contacted Capistrano VW because of a near new VW Beetle and Steve jumped on it right a way. ALL my questions got answered, ALL! I am a little demanding as a customer and "hard to get" but the experience was SUPERB !!! Everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, and there was no pressure throughout the entire time. I live in San Pedro and WILL NOT mind driving for 1.5 hours and again the same back once I decide to get another VW. I would like to HIGHLY recomand Steve. You won't regret buying here! More
