I recently visited Capistrano Volkswagen to see about purchasing a new CC. Mike worked with me from the beginning of the process and I could not have asked for a better experience. I always look over at CAPOVW when driving to L.A. from the 5fwy. They always have different color of Beetles than the Dealers in San Diego. I finally stopped in and met Curtis. I was looking for a small crossover and went into the local VW dealership. Connie Carroll came to greet us and from the moment we started to talk I felt as ease. Very good service. Found the car I wanted and was in and out of the dealership under 90 minutes. I did not have all of my down payment on me ,but that was not a problem.I took the car home ,showed it to m out of the dealership under 90 minutes. This was the fastest, easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience of my life! I simply emailed Capistrano VW from work Friday morning telling them exactly what car I wanted, what my budget was and buying experience of my life! I simply emailed Capistrano VW from work Friday morning telling them exactly what car I wanted, what my budget was and gave them basic info needed for my credit and 6 hours later I was down there signing the paper work...it was that easy! Then the exact car I wanted was at a dealership far away...they went up in the morning and got it for me! I had my car the next day!! Sign and Drive is literally what I did.
