We stopped in Friday night to test drive the VW models we were thinking about leasing. We were given plenty of time to look at, sit in, test drive as many of the cars as we wanted. We were going to go check out other dealers and makes of cars, but after the initial shopping trip, our mind was pretty much made up on where to lease our next car. Still undecided on which model to get (Tiguan, Jetta Sport Wagon or Jetta Sedan, they are all really nice) we were given the financial scenarios for all three cars. In the middle of making this happen, I had to pick up one of our children from a school overnight trip so left the dealership for about an hour and a half. During that time, our new car was detailed, and ready for us to just "sign and drive" when we returned. I have NEVER had such a no pressure, efficient car shopping experience as this one. Capistrano Volkswagen is doing business the right way, friendly, sincere, and no games. We were glad to keep our purchase local, met some really nice guys (big time team work going on here) who helped along the way, and will DEFINITELY be repeat customers. We also really enjoyed the Jumbo-tron tv and popcorn in the showroom. Thank you so much! More

This dealership was great to work with. I called the day before to ask about a GTI 4-door hatchback advertised on the internet. I spoke with April. She was very professional and efficient when she answere before to ask about a GTI 4-door hatchback advertised on the internet. I spoke with April. She was very professional and efficient when she answered all of my questions. We discussed meeting the following day at 10 am. We were greeted immediately upon entering the sales floor, by a nice young gentleman. He offered to help us and when I told him that I had spoken with April the day before, he offered to find her for us. April greeted us warmly, offered us a cup of coffee or tea and showed us to her office. Then, she showed us the car we came to see and helped us through the purchase process, including taking us for a test drive and filling out a sales contract. Everything was done in a quick and professional manner. We were in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours and we drove away with the car that we came to purchase. It was exactly as advertised. They cleaned it for us and April showed us how to sync our iPhone before driving away. They even made an appointment for us to have the car checked out within the next 30 days to make sure everything was running as expected. She even told us about the Beetle contest currently taking place, so we will be back in mid-April to participate in it! We LOVED our experience at Capistrano VW and will make sure to tell our friends and family about our wonderful experience! More

My son and I went in to shop for a lease on a new GTI. Eric understood what we needed and was very helpful and professional. The whole experience was very comfortable and Eric made it seamless.
