We were very cynical about going to any dealer, but we saw a deal at Capo VW and thought we'd try (after visiting a few other dealerships in San Juan Capistrano). From the moment we arrived we were treated courteously, given excellent, straightforward and accurate information, which did not change when we came to sign the deal. I cannot say enough good things about the experience - our salesperson, Curtis Kelly, was a breath of fresh air and never once did we feel that we were being manipulated. Plus, the 2015 Tiguan suits our needs exactly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of the usual gap between what is said by the salesperson and the reality of the finance arrangement. Thanks Capo VW! More

It's solid, roomy, versatile and has a great standard 4 cyl. turbo engine. What we liked best about our salesperson was that she was very kn0wledgeable. She showed us and walked thru all the features, especially the safety one even before asking the standard sales questions which are annoying, like what color do you like, how much do you want to spend a month, lease or buy, do you have a trade, will you buy today if I can cut you a good deal etc. The informative test drive was great and we learned a lot more. We loved it but didnt think they would pay off our lease on a Lexus. They did, we purchased and the paperwork was fast and efficient. It REALLY was a great experience and Jenny made it happen. The entire dealership is a non pressure relaxed atmosphere. Yes we will be a continuing customer. More
