We had a 2014 Jetta that was coming off lease, and I visited the dealer to see what option My company has leased VW's from Capistrano VW for 12 years. We had a 2014 Jetta that was coming off lease, and I visited the dealer to see what options we might have to buy it out of lease. Our sales rep Steve Skinner frankly worked his butt off to help us put together a deal. We had some requirements that made it harder to structure a deal, but in the end Steve worked a deal to get our company into a new 2017 Jetta rather than buy the car. Steve did an excellent job and did not give up fighting for us. The dealership has always provided great service, and the closing process was very simple and clean with good explanations of lease details. After agreeing on the price I checked another dealer and was told Capo's low price could not be matched. Steve was honest, clear, not pushy, and the process was so much easier than I expected. He also spent a lot of time after I purchased the car going through all of its features and making sure I knew how to use them. I also worked with Paul Clark from finance and chatted a bit with Richard McAllister. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Not to mentioned I love the complimentary Starbucks coffee/tea/hot chocolate. I would highly recommend Capo VW! More
