Sales experience was great...finance experience..ummm Steven was a great salesperson. He was very attentive, detailed and came across as very honest. He even engaged a surprise presentation with the car for my daughter when she showed up without knowing I had bought here a car. Well Done Steven!! Thanks for your great service! When I got to the Finance department and started going through the process and paperwork, that is when I felt that the dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. Two things happened. The finance manager walked me through the pricing and finance...thats when I saw immediately that the price was higher then what was posted on the sticker. The finance manager said he was going to lower the price anyways...but he quoted me the higher price while walking me through the paperwork.......huh???...when were you going to tell me? He made the correction to the right price....thanks I also noticed that there was a charge for a theft deterrent device installed on the car. I asked what is this? He said that the salesperson should have told you about that. I said I was not informed....To the finance managers credit ....he immediately took it off the contract, readjusted the contract and told me the new price....and they left the anti-theft device on the car....as a favor for the mistake....hmmmm. He was quick and explained everything else..so thanks Overall the experience was a very good. I would recommend this dealership...I would tell anyone..regardless of the dealership...... make sure you read everything when signing papers. More

We love this dealership We came back for another car because the service was so amazing that we really felt like we could trust them to take car of us and they did. They got us everything we wanted and even exchanged the car we got a week later when I changed my mind and we have free maintenance and service the entire lease with a free rental so that all you have to do is go to the dealership and hand them the keys for any service and when your lease ends without any worries. They are all so polite and trustworthy which is rare in a car dealership that I really recommend them and we are coming back to get my daughter a car in a few months. More

Almost missed a wonderful experience. I have been shopping around for an eGolf as well as a couple other vehicles. I had a price in mind and could go with any of the vehicles as long as it I have been shopping around for an eGolf as well as a couple other vehicles. I had a price in mind and could go with any of the vehicles as long as it met what I had budgeted for. I initially did an internet price inquiry and Bennett responded. I explained this is the price I was looking for. He called me back with what they can do. Unfortunately, this was high than other vehicles I was looking at and said would check again. After a few minutes, he calls and politely explained they can not do what my target price was and would welcome me back if the other vehicles I was looking at didn’t come through. This was the part that stuck in my head. Most salesperson would call with a rough tone, pretend they forgot what the discussion was, or not bother to get back at all; I would just write them off and seek another dealership. So off I went to confirm the pricing and terms of another vehicle I was considering and had planned to pull the trigger on it. Got an email from Nick asking if there was anything he could do. I simply explained this was my target price. He responded with a reasonable counter offer and made the deal happen. The transaction went very smoothly from there. I setup a time to come in. I actually came in on a train and Bennett offer to pick me up. Wow, such wonderful service. We did a test drive while waiting for Finance and I had some popcorn and coffee from their espresso machine. Finance went very smoothly and efficiently. We did another drive to go over all the various features. Bennett is very knowledgeable and I will recommend him to anyone. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I learn he also drives an eGolf so we had a nice chat. I was treated like family and love the keychain gift. More
