This was the fastest, easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience of my life! I simply emailed Capistrano VW from work Friday morning telling them exactly what car I wanted, what my budget was and buying experience of my life! I simply emailed Capistrano VW from work Friday morning telling them exactly what car I wanted, what my budget was and gave them basic info needed for my credit and 6 hours later I was down there signing the paper work...it was that easy! Then the exact car I wanted was at a dealership far away...they went up in the morning and got it for me! I had my car the next day!! Sign and Drive is literally what I did. We took a road trip and stopped in on a very busy holiday weekend just to give it a shot. Within 30 minutes Eric had located the exact car I wanted making me, suddenly, a very happy customer.
