Now that's great customer service! Jenni came across some difficulty when it came to my credit but that didn't stop her, she came through for me and I am extremely grateful. She did not try to pitch another vehicle (like every other dealership did) but instead did her best in getting me approved for the vehicle I wanted. So I haven't purchased a NEW car in 17 years. Mainly because I HATE the "new car purchase" process. High pressure sales and I do NOT go together. I told myself that if I felt any pressure from the start, I would walk away and try again in 17 more years... My family and I were pleased to meet Connie Carroll, who allowed us to browse the lot, and see/test multiple cars and at NO time asked me "what will it take to get you in this car today". We actually left the lot without purchasing a car while we discussed (at home) if we wanted to purchase any of the cars we test drove. When I called Connie back, she was just as helpful as when we were on the lot, and took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information. I didn't purchase a car for another week, and STILL Connie didn't pressure me. I am so pleased with the ENTIRE staff at CapoVW, and would recommend this dealership to ANYONE considering a new or used VW. Great work CapoVW, you have a lifetime client.
