My experience at the Capistrano Volkswagen dealership was exceptional, I felt like everything was very seamless. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and we found it. Everything seemed very efficient as far as paperwork, and Connie made everything seem very easy and less daunting being that this was the first car that I bought from a dealership. Connie was very helpful from helping me find my future car, to filling out paperwork, and even setting up the Bluetooth in my car. She responds to emails in a timely manner and she even followed up a few times after all was said in done. I had visited all the dealerships in the area, and by far my Volkswagen experience was far superior to all the experiences I had at other dealerships. Everyone I came into contact with with at Volkswagen were friendly and professional. They listen and are very helpful and never did I feel like I was dealing with a slimy salesman. I would definitely recommend Connie Carroll and would recommend Capistrano Volkswagen dealership in general, they did not disappoint. Best dealership in the area. More

A few miscellaneous items need to be cleaned up after the sale and Connie promptly addressed each one of them promptly, without "post-sale lag". That included dropping off a missing component at our house up in Mission Viejo. She knew her products and took plenty of time to educate us on each feature without hesitation. Because April was with another customer, she had Connie help us. We were so happy that April was willing to share her "sales point" in order to make her client not wait. That shows us that she really cares. Connie was also wonderful. She helped us get a good trade in value for our Altima Hybrid. She helped us test drive our beetle convertible. Steve and Jenni both helped me with the purchase of my certified pre-owned Jetta, and they both treated me like a new car buyer. Steve helped me the first time I drove down to San Juan to look at the car. He arranged a test drive, and was patient when I asked lots of questions. Steve allowed me to just look at several vehicles without pressuring me to buy or finance. This was very helpful, as it made me more comfortable with the purchase. When I visited CapoVW the second time, Jenni helped me with the purchase. The next time Jenni was enthusiastic, helpful, efficient and pleasant. I do not purchase vehicles very often, and I was intimidated by the process. Jenni put me at ease and was understanding of my anxiety. I worked with her over the phone, and she set up everything so I was ready to complete the purchase when I Steve and Jenni both helped me complete the purchase paperwork. Steve answered all my questions and helped me navigate the forms. Jenni spent at least 30 minutes with me going over features of the car (radio, bluetooth, locks, etc) before I left the lot. Thanks to their team effort, the entire process took less than 2 hours. I really shopped around, and I got the best price at Capo than I could get at any other dealer on the West Coast. I am very pleased with the way I was treated, with the purchase price, and with my certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta. More
