Great experience! I had a great experience at Capistrano Volskwagen after a frustrating occurrence at another dealership. I had to turn in my car as my lease was coming I had a great experience at Capistrano Volskwagen after a frustrating occurrence at another dealership. I had to turn in my car as my lease was coming to an end and I was unsure if I was going to get a new lease. I had taken my car to another Volskwagen dealership and they were rude and unfriendly and then continued to call me after I left to pursue me (like i would go back!). I decided to go to Capistrano as I had bought my first car there. I had spoken to Buddy on the phone who was helpful and great and assured me that his partner Steve would take good care of us...and he was right! I turned in my old lease and Steve gave me a good deal with no money down on a new Jetta. We were in and out in a short amount of time! I will definitely come back when my next lease is up. Great experience all around! More

When I brought it back for a problem with one of the windows, everything changed. They are not FRIENDLY anymore. I end up bringing the car to another VW dealer only to find out that my warranty expired in February 2014. The car is 2012, has 29K miles. Why is the warranty expired? It has 3 years or 36K miles warranty. It was sold originally in February 2011, the 3 year warranty expired in February 2014. I bought it in December. 2013. I only had 2 months of warranty but no one told me that. Very convenient ... FOR THEM! That is cheating. I will never buy from these people again. More

(Fred Evans was my first sales consultant and was great.) I recently purchased a new car that wasn't a VW and found myself with a leased vehicle to return with lots of mileage over the limit. April Dean set me up with the used car department and I ended up with a very decent deal turning in the car. I realize the dealership could have been very unsympathetic to me as I wasn't purchasing a new car from them and stuck me with significant turn in fees but they didn't. So many thanks to April and the team there. They know I'll likely be back in a few years! More

The staff is kind, thoughtful and professional. They are there to help you find a car you are happy with and that is what they do! During my last visit, Eric helped me find a car at a certain price point. He was patient, professional and very nice. My fiance and I were very impressed with Eric's customer service skills as well as his knowledge of the cars. After we left the dealership I had a question that Eric answered for me in a timely manner, he even made a follow-up phone call the next day to be sure I liked my car. Customer service is extremely important to me and that is why I have returned to lease my car from Capistrano VW so many times. I would recommend Capo VW to anyone and everyone. More
