While I would recommend this dealer for service, my last visit was subpar. I had an appointment for an oil change, which I was 30 minutes early for. I waited for 3+ hours. The service men brought my car to where I was waiting when I needed my things from the car, so they went out of their way to assist me when I needed something extra from my car that I didn't get the first time around. If the dealership is looking for ways to improve, I recommend that they offer their own cars at the dealership to use for the day when a car is being serviced instead of having to go to Enterprise to rent a car. Some Toyota dealerships offer this service, and it is very helpful. More

I was happy with the service and love the truck. I appreciate Fred reaching out about a incoming truck. I just changed a brake pad last year and keep making a sound if i hit a brake in the morning after the service. I went to a service and complaint about it. After the service and i have to ask, he said it ‘s dirty and need to be cleaned. Charge me $60. The heck they did last year, was it not cleaned? At the end after paying, he said done lol, no thank u and no receipt offer. I hate him,Darn it. More
