My engine light was on. Capistrano Toyota charged me $200 to tell me that my gas cap was not screwed on all the way. Seriously? I asked to speak to a manager and was told there are no managers onsite on Saturdays. I will never ever bring my car to Capistrano Toyota again. This is why dealerships have a bad name when it comes to service. What a disgrace. I literally just spent almost )600 here a few weeks ago on a service and brake pads I got a couple of free oil changes when my car was new. So I guess they have to try to make up for that by xxxxxxx every dime out of their customers. Shane on you. More

I first reached out to CapoValley Toyota a week before I was able to go see the vehicle I was asking about. I had been messaging other dealers all throughout the week prior and during the week and Bradley a was able to go see the vehicle I was asking about. I had been messaging other dealers all throughout the week prior and during the week and Bradley at CapoValley was one of the only salesman to continually keep me updated on the vehicle, all others ghosted or seemed to dodge my inquiries. I understood he couldn't hold the car despite others being interested in the car, and he kept me updated the entire time throughout the week to make sure I didn't waste a trip if I showed up on my scheduled day to find the car pre-sold (it's happened at other dealers before). Everyone was incredibly friendly and even better, my GR Corolla didn't have a crazy markup, and was virtually MSRP. More
