He was incredibly knowledgeable and his urgency in getting my needs met while i was there was like a breath of fresh air. I’ve been a toyota owner for nearly 2 decades so having someone who was passionate about toyotas made the shopping experience very enjoyable rather than stressful, which was new for me. Usually you are just another face however Mr. Luciano heard what i was looking for and instantly was able to get me behind the wheel of what most likely will be my next purchase.
