Horrible customer service. would not buy another car from them. Sales manager Alex is worthless and finance manager is sneaky. I asked if the complimentary service could be move would not buy another car from them. Sales manager Alex is worthless and finance manager is sneaky. I asked if the complimentary service could be moved to the dealership in Yuma, az, to which he replied yes. Instead, he managed to hide a service plan for an additional charge in between all the paperwork I had to sign. By the way I bought a Lincoln not a ford. Your website doesn’t even give an option to choose Lincoln. I guess I can’t expect anything more. More
