We had a fine experience all around. The salesman, the manager, his manager, and the finance person were all reasonable people who treated us with courtesy and respect. The process from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated. After purchase, we stopped by at the service department to go over some parts in a box that we wanted identified and their purpose explained. We also had some questions about spare tire operation, nitrogen filled tires, and so forth. We brought a list and the parts manager, Kevin, and the Customer Relations person, Jill, went out of their way to make sure we got our questions answered. They were very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Thanks for making our truck purchase so easy. More
