If I’m being generous, the buying experience was neutral. The salesman that I worked with was great, but that’s about it. I drove 6 hours to finish a deal I had agreed to. When I arrived, I had to completely renegotiate the deal for another 4 hours. The finance person tried to make me feel ignorant (to put it nicely) for not buying his extended warranty. Also told me I couldn’t afford the deal I negotiated, but if I added his warranty onto the payments then I could… That all changed when I told them I’d buy it cash. The best part is after I signed all the paperwork and drove 6 hours home, they called and changed stipulations in the deal. Threatened that I needed to comply or give the vehicle back. More
