Had an amazing experience purchasing my dream Raptor a few years ago. Paid off the loan early. Sold the truck and cancelled my extended car warranty. MPP states they electronically transferred the $3,798. few years ago. Paid off the loan early. Sold the truck and cancelled my extended car warranty. MPP states they electronically transferred the $3,798.53 prorated refund to Camelback on February 5 of this year. Since then I have made more than a dozen polite calls. Was bounced around between the new car sales team, finance and accounting department. Despite assurances that they would look into this and call me back, I have not received an answer. Nobody seems to want to take ownership of this issue. After leaving multiple polite voicemails with the people that the sales team said could solve my issue, I’m left with no answers. No calls back. Just promises from frontline staff, followed by transfers to voicemail boxes and silence. This is not an insignificant amount of money to me. Again, great buying experience but I feel like the ball has been dropped by a combination of MPP’s extended car warranty team and the accounting department at Camelback Ford. I also spoke with Ford Credit - they did two audits of their system. They cannot find a refund check in their system, which they tell me means the funds are sitting in Camelback Ford’s account. MPP says to talk to Camelback. Ford Credit says to talk to Camelback. Unfortunately, I live in Colorado now and can’t easily visit the dealership in person to resolve this - so I’m left with this frustrating runaround. I hate leaving this review, but I don’t know what else to do. Hopefully someone will do the right thing and get to the bottom of this. I trusted this dealership when I purchased the truck and extended warranty. Now I can’t recommend them based on the months of chasing this issue. More
