James, thank you for speaking with us yesterday regarding the update on your refund. As part of the process, the refund from MPP is required to be sent back to Ford Motor Credit, and our records show those funds were returned and the check was cashed by Ford Motor Credit on April 3rd. We are unsure why they were not able to provide you with a timely update but our best guess is it was caused by a delay in their system. Based on this, Ford Motor Credit will be issuing the refund directly to you. We truly appreciate your patience while this was being clarified. If you need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach back out—we’re here to help ensure everything is fully resolved.
