I would recommend anyone to Steve at Camelback Ford. This was the first brand new vehicle I’ve ever purchased for myself. I came in on Monday. Steve met me with the two vehicles I was interested in, we This was the first brand new vehicle I’ve ever purchased for myself. I came in on Monday. I told him that I was not particularly ready to purchase that day and needed to get some things in line and review the positives of both vehicles. I never felt any pressure that I know many have from dealerships and sales. I contacted Steve the next day to inform him I’d made a decision on the 2025 F-150 3.5L and that I’d be available Thursday. Steve had the vehicle with a full tank of gas, detailed and all of the required paper work upon my arrival ready. Steve was extremely professional and courteous. I purchased an electric car from this dealership, the car was not charged when i drove off the lot. The windshield was cracked and documented in the contract that they would fix this no one has followed up with me . the back seat seatbelts are not working correctly and are a hazard for my two sons under 7. What should have been a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare with the lack of assistance from the sales team. More
