I called to ask for the manager Tommy several times and he was t I. So I was transferred to ‘Dom’ and let him know the car was at the mechanic because it was unsafe to drive. He said he understood and asked for the name and phone number to our mechanics shop. Dom never called them. When we called after the repair was made, we again got transferred to Dom because Tommy wasnt available and Dom asked us to text him a copy of the repair receipt and he’d call us back in 30 minutes. He never called us back. We called the following day, again asking for manager Tommy, and this tine he was available . Tommy told us he could t help us or reimburse us and that we should have had the car towed to them for repair. We let him know that having it towed to them was not an option Dom provided to us. Tommy just repeated himself several times that there wasn’t anything he could do to reimburse us. We are out $2100 for this repair. Lincoln Ford should never have sold this unsafe car to us. This was extremely unethical.
