After purchasing more than eighteen vehicles in my lifetime, I can now finally say that I have a “Go To Guy” for purchasing my next car. Frank Tepesano is the first and only car dealer representative to actually take the time to call me months after selling me a Cadillac SRX to confirm my satisfaction with the car. He’s personal and sincere, and additionally takes an interest in his customers. At the time of purchase, he not only listened to what my wife and I wanted in a car, but took a sincere interest in our personal needs and spent the time to discuss and demonstrate the specifics of the vehicle we purchased. One of my main concerns in the process of purchasing a vehicle was the amount of time spent in completing documents and hours of long waits for the procedure including an all cash deal as mind was, but Frank streamlined the procedure and had me in and out of the office within a comparatively short period of time. I should mentioned that he continue to personally greet me with a hand shake and a big smile with every visit I make to Silver Star. It’s a great pleasure for me to say that Frank’s the guy who I will go to for my next purchase. More

Went looking for a used trade in. Described what I wanted and Joe remembered, called when one came in. Priced right,the only pressure was to act fast, check it out or it goes on the lot. So, I did. Easy going on the test drive. Noted things that were, well, the result of being used. OK. Not looking for new. Then he pulled up the Blue Book, CarFax History. Whatever I wanted. Here, I need to say that the prep work was exceptional. Cleaned right down to the fender wells and below. Engine looked new. Later I found (while waiting for the trade-in guy's (sorry, don't remember his name)) valuation, that they have remarkable facilities for preparation. These include access to the free washing facilities if you are a member of the Silver Star Family. Joe walked through the the lot, saying Hi, by name, to the friendly folks that did the cleaning. Then, there is the guy that figures the loan. Gotta credit him too. Pulls the credit data and finds good deals. OK. Then, the contract guy - sign here, there. He was open about the language and explained what I was getting into. Joe was watching. Felt like if I made a mistake he would say. But these finance and contract guys were straight up. No "do your want undercoating?" going on here. Just comfortable relationships, even with the receptionist. No complaints here - didn't even sell a Caddy. Just the best treatment I can remember when I needed a better car, which I hate, and keep the old one until Death Do Us Part. Joe made this happen. More

My lease was up for my 2008 CTS, Nov 15, 2011. I contacted Eric Ford Oct 14,to inquire about leasing a 2012 CTS-V, Black -on-black. He immdeiately got Peter Baca involved with seeking the specific contacted Eric Ford Oct 14,to inquire about leasing a 2012 CTS-V, Black -on-black. He immdeiately got Peter Baca involved with seeking the specific model and color which I desired. There were none available within the Ventura, Loas Angeles, San Diego, santa Barbara areas. Peter called me every day to provide an update. On Friday, Oct 21, I retured to the Thousand Oaks store to check on the status of this search with Eric. He immdeitely went on line and submitted anothere search. He was able to locate a dealer in Orange county who had received a 2012 CTS-V, Black-on Black. He left a call with the dealer to return his call. My understanding from Eric is that Nasir (spelling ??) spent Saturday morning (10/22) speaking with the Ornage County dealer and finally was able to completethe transaction necessary for them to deliver the car to Thousnad Oaks. I received a call from Eric, 9:00AM on Saturday, Oct 22, 2011, which made my day. He indiacted tht he had good news for me, and that I would be able to pick up my desired car on Saturday aat 12:00 Noon. This news made my day....I was speechless. Later , I told him, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning after seeing the bicycle, he so wanted. I have leased/purchased my last 4 Cadillacs from Silver Star Cadillac in Thousand Oaks. The sales staff, finance staff, and service staff are the most couteous, friendly and supportive group I have been associated with. This is the resao, I continue to return to this dealership. lat , but not least, I cannot say enouh about the general Sale Manager, Eric Ford. I consider him a good friend. He is the hardest working person in the group who has one goal of satisfying the customer. He goes above and beyond to satisy the customer. I want to thank Eric Ford and the entire staff at Silver Star Cadillac-Thousnad Okas for helping me to get my early Christmas present. Oh yeah, by the way, I love my 2012 CTS-V. I am still in shock.
