He also offered to come to our home and pick up the car if we noticed that the changed had not worked. Talk about going above and beyond! This young man did not even sell us our car. The salesman, Roy, sold a car me a 2007 with no keyless entry - just spare key with no chip and told me to get a chip key from the Nissan dealership and filthy interior. The dealership promised to have it detailed - they didn't even vacuum the car. The dealership is only concerned with sales and NOT customer satisfaction. More

After a few minutes, tonya abruptly leaves the desk and goes back into the service manager's office. She comes back to the desk and tells me that they can't work on my car! When I ask why, she has the gall to tell me it's because I had previously had Ken's Muffler and Auto Repair work on my car; that I should take my car back to them. I asked to speak with the service manager. This kent arrant told me the same thing. I want to know what the xxxx does cadillac of fayetteville have to do with where I may have taken my car previously for repairs? No, that's not the issue here. What is the issue is the fact that I am in the process of suing this ken's muffler and this cadillac of fayetteville is "buddy, buddy" with them. This kent arrant had the nerve to say to me that the reason he refused to work on my car is that he didn't want to get "involved" in any dispute I might be having with his crony ken's muffler shop. That's xxxxxxxx. He became "involved" when he refused to work on my car; which is a clear-cut case of discrimination. Not only am I going to sue this ken's muffler and auto repair for the incompetent, negligent so-called "work" they performed on my car but I'm also going to sue this cadillac of fayetteville for the blatant discrimination I was shown on Thursday. Be forewarned people, don't take your car to these crooked, arrogant, racist, xxxxxx. More
My car was serviced about a month ago for a routine oil change and I found Kent Arrant to be extremely nice and professional. Kent went above and beyond to assist with my needs during this visit. At one point, he almost convinced me to upgrade from a CTS to a ATS. He has always been nice and exhibits great customer service skills. Maybe this is why he is the supervisor of the Service Center. He is the perfect person for the job. More

This dealership has excellent service!!! My Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinium Edition rode like a wagon! I took it to another Cadillac dealership who immediately told me that the terrible ride was becaus Escalade ESV Platinium Edition rode like a wagon! I took it to another Cadillac dealership who immediately told me that the terrible ride was because I had put oversize tires on it. I switched the tires back to the factory originals and it still rode like a wagon. I was very familiar with Kent Arrant, service manager at Cadillac of Fayetteville, and knew that Jim, Mike, Max,and the other techs were ASE and Cadillac Certified technicians and had a great reputation of correcting problems that other dealerships scratched their heads over. Problem was I had found my Escalade on line and bought it from a Cadillac dealer in Georgia. I always hate asking a dealer to try to correct a problem when they were not my selling dealer. However, one call to Kent and the next day I was dropping off my Escalade and leaving Cadillac of Fayetteville in a brand new 2013Cadillac ATS loaner!!!! Talk about fun to drive!!! I was almost disappointed when Kent called the next day and said my Escalade would be ready by noon!!! Jim had found that the right rear shock was frozen up stiff as a board.....no wonder when hitting a bump it felt like the back end would jump and twist like a bucking horse. I went to pick up my Escalade, had a wonderful chat with my good friend Billy Shotwell, the dealer, and left in my Escalade that finally drove like an Escalade!!! I had become so frustrated with my Escalade that I was considering trading for a different brand even though nothing really compares to the ride, comfort, and luxury of an Escalade ESV. Kent, Jim, Tonya, and Billy Shotwell restored mt faith in Cadillac!!! What a great team they have there at Cadillac of Fayetteville!!! Thanks! More
