We are sorry that your vehicle has a blemish on the underside of the door handle. We could not help you resolve the problem when you were here because you were not behaving in a rational manner. We do not have a body shop onsite, so we have to schedule a time to have the handle painted. No amount of yelling about it will change that fact. Let us know when you're ready to talk about a resolution in a calm manner and we'll be happy to help you.

I received a phone call from Mr. Gallegos on August 23rd and was told that he was promised a second key from his salesperson but there was nothing about it on the paperwork. His salesperson was out of town for a few days, so I told Mr. Gallegos if he was promised something, it wouldn't be a problem - I just needed to verify it when he returned. When he returned on the 26th, I inquired about Mr. Gallegos, and was informed we had been trying to contact the previous customer to see if he had the extra key but had no luck. Jamie called Mr. Gallegos on the 26th and informed him he had ordered his extra key and would get an owners manual as well. Unfortunately, it appears Mr. Gallegos had already written his review. Hopefully, in hindsight, he has changed his mind about recommending us.

We are disappointed that your service visit was not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to the age of your Cadillac, as you know, the fuel line was not available through GM. Repairing a fuel line is a time consuming process. When using heat around fuel, it is imperative to let it cool at intervals. We are sorry if the repair took longer than you would have liked, but we wanted to make sure it was done right for obvious reasons.
