We had a great experience at Cadillac of Fayetteville. Patrick found us the perfect van to meet our needs. I have bought 6 brand new Cadillac xxx's in the last 7 years with Bryan Cadillac / Cadillac of Fayetteville. From day one they have always treated my wife and I very well, either through the new sales pro years with Bryan Cadillac / Cadillac of Fayetteville. From day one they have always treated my wife and I very well, either through the new sales process or through the service department when service / repairs are needed. Terri Green has always been my service tech and has always done an outstanding job on keeping us informed when our vehicles are in for service or repair. I recently purchased a 2011 xxx with Joe Davis being my sales rep. I want to thank Kent (service manager) and Terri (service tech) for taking such good care of us through the years. I also want to thank Joe Davis for assisting me in my recent new vehicle purchase. Continue to do what you do, and that's provide great customer sales and service. I personally couldn't ask for a better group of service people in helping me take care of our vehicles. More
I used Kent and Terri in the service department for about 5 years now because they provide my family dependable quaility service that i can trust. So when I learned they moved with the Cadillac dealership I 5 years now because they provide my family dependable quaility service that i can trust. So when I learned they moved with the Cadillac dealership I took my business to them, matter of fact I won't trust my service with anyone else so when my wife wanted a Tahoe I purchased a great used one from the Cadillac dealership. Let's face it you may spend 1-2 days with the sales team but you spend more time with the servi e department for routine maintance so why not goto one you can trust. More
We took our car to this dealership for service which was under warrenty because the lights were flickering and other sensors were malfunctioning. We were handed a bill and was told we should not have put an under warrenty because the lights were flickering and other sensors were malfunctioning. We were handed a bill and was told we should not have put an after market battery in the car. This garauge has been the only place we have taken our car so if it had been replaaced it would have been done there; a battery would still have been under warrenty at 22K, and had 14K or a year left on the battery and cables. If there was an after market battery in the car it was not put in the car by us, and since it was still under warrenty why would anyone else. It should still have had a GM battary in it regardless since it has been worked on by this garage. I have been a loyal GM product owner for over 32 years and my first vehicle was a GN product. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and betrayed; I will never step foot in this dealership again. More
