The service we got from from Rick Granito was a complete 180 degree change from the first one we went to. At the first dealer, after taking almost ten minutes to find the keys, we were abandoned right after the agent opened the car we were interested in. After the preliminary check over we gave it, we wanted to hear it run. We stood around for about five minutes and then began to leave. As we passed the office, the agent came out and asked us if we had any questions. We told him no, but his inattention to our needs earlier just cost him a sale. Thanks to Rick, our experience was completely different. He came over, introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and then walked us around and explained cars available, pricing and financing. Other than when he had to go to the main building to check on paperwork progress, he was with us the entire time. The car we purchased was more expensive than we had planned for in our budget, but Rick made an effort to get our cost and monthly payment down. More
