Not good. Bought a truck from Cactus Auto. Turns out it has bad breaks and got in an accident. The sales manager told us that all they do is a test drive, whil Bought a truck from Cactus Auto. Turns out it has bad breaks and got in an accident. The sales manager told us that all they do is a test drive, while the maintenance department told us they didn't work on or look at the breaks. They have no safety check to their vehicles. Most dealerships give 30 days 1000 miles, they give you 500 miles. The dealership is a complete rip off. The sales man was good, but the handling by the manager determines the professionalism or lack of with the company. In the rating of staff, if possible I would give a negative number for the sales manager More
