Because I loved his sales aproach (laid back and not pushy) and the way the entire deal was handled i brought my mom, dad, and sister there yesterday and after hours and working late we are now a Volkswagen Family. They have joined the Passat with a 2015 TDI Jetta and a New 2017 Jetta! Couldnt ask for a easier process. Many people are put off when going to a dealership due to horror stories that have been told. Excellence in Service and No Pressure Sales, THANK YOU! I’m admittedly a pretty tough customer, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased 6 new cars over the years I’m admittedly a pretty tough customer, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased 6 new cars over the years and usually I dread the whole process. I could have purchased this car at a dealership closer to my hometown but chose to drive a little further to Valley VW (because I felt the local dealership was high pressure and high price). I was pleasantly surprised to find that Valley VW was low pressure and the salesman Mark Rogers was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, direct, and downright fun to work with! Admittedly, I was not an easy sell, I needed to test drive 5-6 different cars, many of which were not VWs, and Mark was more than happy to oblige. I took my time deciding (after all, it IS a big purchase for me) and yet I never ever felt like Mark or the dealership was pressuring me to buy. Valley VW was great about email communication and they gave me an very fair rate for financing. And when it came time to sign paperwork and write the check the process was quick and most importantly, completely transparent. There were no surprises and no fine print to pour over. Then Mark spent quite a lot of time going over every single feature of my new car with me, something I did not expect. I drove away confident that I had the made a sound decision on a car that I will be driving for many years to come. They made the process quick and easy. I was from WV and was staying at my family's camp 30 min away. I didn't know anyone in the area and since I did not trade my car in, I had 2 vehicles now at the . They did not have a driver available to drive my vehicle to the camp. However Ray came and picked me up at my camp and brought me back to the dealership so that I would not have to have a towing company tow it. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely go back again myself. More

We met with Carter and he did a great job of showcasing the assets of the Atlas. We went to another dealership to look at our other choice and were underwhelmed by the model and the service. We decided to go with VW. Carter took great care to work with Danny on getting us the best deal possible. Carter was solid and persistent in reaching out to us, without being pushy. We appreciated his help and easy manner. Danny was confident and very efficient in explaining the details of the lease to us, taking time to clarify as needed.
