Best Experience ever So I was in the market of trading in my used Dodge Durango obviously because of the gas mileage. Seeing that every where you look I see Hyundai's on So I was in the market of trading in my used Dodge Durango obviously because of the gas mileage. Seeing that every where you look I see Hyundai's on the road, I was looking to get the Elantra. Now before I even went to Gateway, I had been to a little under a dozen dealerships including Pearson (would advise going there) with the same answer as some have you experienced, NO. My credit is a little rocky and had to have a co-signer added, but doesn't mean I should feel uncomfortable at any dealership. So the last day of my two week adventure at looking to buy a car I got a call from another dealership assuring that we could ride today. Didn't really have a good feeling about it but thought whatever another no is the worst that could happen. So as I was driving on 95 I passed Gateway and a feeling just hit me, so hard that I literally stopped on the side of 95. Remembering the emails that Kim Garner had sent me I called her and she was glad to help me even at short notice. We arrived at the dealership and was set up with Nathan to help us out. Like I said earlier credit was rocky so we were expecting another no. We told him we came to look at an Elantra and was hoping to purchase it today. The normal credit checks go on and take a little time and he came back, and as we expected he told us unfortunately the bank couldn't approve us. As we were leaving he caught up to us and said WAIT!!, we might have something! The finance guy Talal was working vigorously on the phone with a bank that no had contacted in the past. Short time later we were APPROVED for the car we had been looking at for weeks. Now the last part of our day is by far the best experience we have had. Business Manager Jennifer Ewing is set up to finalize everything. I honestly have never been more comfortable with anyone I had just met before in my life. Same old sign here and initial their boring routine turned out to be nothing but a laughing and joking good time, with serious moments of course. She bent over backwards, did a 360 and a front flip just to make sure we were comfortable with everything to do with the car and comfortable being there. If you plan on purchasing/buying a new car I would highly recommend you go there. The experience that we had with them is unforgettable and that's why I guarantee they will have my business for life and I promise if you go their just to look around or purchase a car your experience will be just as great as mine was, and you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. More
