New Hyundai Purchase 20140419 I was looking for a small, dependable car that with good gas mileage for my wife to get around town in. Was planning on getting a used car, but ended I was looking for a small, dependable car that with good gas mileage for my wife to get around town in. Was planning on getting a used car, but ended up with a brand new Hyundai Accent for roughly the same price as a comparable used car. Kim Garner helped us with sales and was very patient and courteous. Her mastery of organization through the use of her electronic hand device was remarkable. She was quite personable, as well. We are quite happy with our purchase, our first Hyundai. Jennifer Ewing handled the finance portion of my vehicle purchase, and she was very upbeat, courteous, and very detail oriented with documentation and paperwork. She made the sometimes boring and gruesome process quick and fun. She had tons of personality, and thoroughly answered all questions and seemed to be having a really good time. Our friend Robbie Cordero referred us to Joe because he has helped several mutual friends buy cars and he always gives good service and a fair price. We first visited the dealership on Wednesday 4/9 and Joe was with another customer, and he asked Del to assist us. Del was extremely helpful. Ultimately we decided we needed more time to make a decision so we returned to the dealership on Sunday 4/13, met with Joe and test drove the Equinox we had looked at earlier. This turned out to be a perfect fit for my husband and I. The buying experience was easy and I feel that we got a fair price. Everything went very smoothly. We were very grateful for this as we are upgrading to an SUV for the birth of our first child in a month or so and it is a stressful time. We will definitely consider working with Joe and his team at Gateway again when it comes time to replace my husband's vehicle. More
