I had done some research and knew the Elantra was the car I wanted. I had also done some dealership research and found Gateway to have the inventory and pricing I also wanted. I did visit another dealership, but did not purchase. Honestly, I was originally going to purchase used but the Gateway internet price for new was too good to pass. And the rest is history. I love my new Elantra! It's the perfect car for me. Kirk was great - he knew all about the car, paperwork, and was very professional. And he was working with two customers at the same time, but I never felt "ignored". In fact, the whole process took less than 2 hours, which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend Gateway. I returned to Gateway because of the positive experience with my first lease and the excellent service I received on routine maintenance. I appreciate the emails I received from Kim (Garner)helping me prepare for my "end of lease" and making sure I fully understood all of the options available to me. Kurt (Able) is an outstanding young man. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very patient - I had a lot of questions!!! He took the time to answer all my questions and explain many of the features on the car so that I could make the choice that was right for me. They were also mindful of what I could afford and helped me "make that happen". I felt that I was the only customer they had and that they had my best interest in mind. I hope they are both still there when this lease is up so that I can work with them again and I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car. More

In fact, the sales team answered several questions and demonstrated features of the car on the date that we purchased which altered our decision to but Hyundai. Excellent experience! I was in the dealership having service done to my 2011 Hyundai. I knew I would soon need a second car but wasn’t actively looking. As I looked around at all of the options, Salesman George Best offered his assistance. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, he wasn’t pushy. He was more like a friend explaining the differences in the vehicles and highlighting options than a salesman. He gave me plenty of space while I was looking, and if I asked about something (do you have this in a certain color, or do you have one of these with a remote start?) he quietly went and located what I was looking for and brought it up front for me to see in person. His friendly low pressure approach definitely made me feel at ease and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks George! Jennifer Ewing handled the financing and was very friendly as well. She took the time to explain all of the relevant costs and fees so that I could understand everything (and as always, I had a lot of questions).
