We introduced ourselves and told James we are looking for a new car, I (Deborah) would like a 6 cylindar, and told James we like to drive to the mountains on our vacations and occaisonally on weekends. James explained to me that with the power of the new cars a 4 cylinder is just as powerful as a 6 cylinder. So,OK Let s take a look. James took us to look at some of the new stock, Elantra, Sonata........ (Bill) stopped at the Sonata Is this one unlocked? No James replied but we can open it for you. SOLD! Best buying experance I owned a Hyundai already but was ready for something new. Shania Murphy at customer service helped me a lot. I've had that happen to many times. After I found the car I love...2014 Sonata! I couldn't make up my mind what color I liked best. Lamont offered to park the three colors I like best side by side so I could choose. Who does that? I've never had a car sales man so eager to please. After I picked the perfect car....and color for me I met Jennifer Ewing. She is the finance officer. You know the person you really don't want to have to deal with. But Jennifer is so very nice and helpful. She makes signing all those papers painless. I don't know where she gets all her energy or how she keeps smiling all the time. But Jennifer makes you feel like a close friend and she will go out of her way to make sure your happy with all Hyundai is doing for you. More

I was very doubtful about visiting another car dealerships because of my previous expe My experience began with a pleasant phone call from Carl Jones. I was very doubtful about visiting another car dealerships because of my previous experiences and turn downs. Carl made me feel very comfortable with visiting the dealership and assured me that I would leave Gateway Hyundai as a happy buyer. Prior to visiting the dealership, I received a call from Robi Ahluwalia. Mr. Ahluwalia confirmed my appointment and made sure I knew exactly how to get to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, Carl was waiting for me at the front door and I was greeted by other friendly salesmen as well. After sitting with Carl and talking with him about what I was interested in, he found the right car for me. I told him the model, color, size, etc.. and the same car he presented to me is the one I purchased! During the entire process, I was offered beverages, food (Memorial Day cookout), and the staff made sure I was happy, While waiting, I often spoke with Joe Conte. He made sure I knew all of the details about the 2014 Sonata and its features. He kept me laughing and smiling while I waited. Talal El Oukaili made sure I knew the details of my loan and worked very hard to make sure it was within my budget. Jennifer Ewing made the signing of the paperwork easy and fun. She thoroughly explained my loan and gave great advice as well. It actually felt like we knew each other but we were strangers, I give this dealership the highest rating because the staff was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, friendly, and fun. Before I left with my new car, Carl made sure I knew how to work all of its features and that I was comfortable. The dealership was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was awesome!
