2nd Hyundai we have bought from this dealership. We drove through Gateway and found several. Our sales person Joseph Allen McCauley approached us and asked us how he could assist us. Joseph Allen McCauley was very informative in helping us make the choice on the vehicle we purchased. Gateway has a good reputation and their service center is great. Good experience. One concern that we as well as other consumers have concerning no doughnut tire or spare tire in the cars as well as a jack. If you have a blow out I don't think what is provided will do the trick. This seems like a safety issue. More

In fact, I really can't say enough about Joe's attention to detail and his fantastic listening skills...when I arrived at the dealership, after spending just a few minutes with me on the phone the day before, he had the exact car I wanted down to the color, including the right amount of bells and whistles! Robi was able to help me get financed very quickly and the entire process happened with no issues. I got a fair price for my trade and those guys worked to ensure that I had an overall pleasant and smooth experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Hyundai! The salesman George Savoy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient when answering each & every question I had. Jennifer Ewing wrapped the final stages of my purchase up with a breeze.
